For your easy healthy breakfast wrap you’ll need :
1 teaspoon of Macadamia oil
1 tablespoon light ricotta
1/2 dozen hazelnuts
1 mini wrap & a sprinkling of Cinnamon
Add the Banana to a non-stick pan along with the macadamia oil and cook until nicely caramelized. Remove banana and add the mini wrap until warmed.
Then remove the wrap and add the nuts to lightly toast
Meanwhile make up by firstly spreading the wrap with ricotta
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Then add cooked banana and nuts
Wrap up and enjoy! 🙂
